- Senior Debt Leverage up to 90%. JV Equity and Mezz Debt up to 97%
- Investment Period of 2 – 10 years
Target Investments
- Class A and B Properties: Debt and Equity of $3mm – $200mm in size
Current Interest Rates / Investment Yields
- Senior Debt 3% to 6%; Preferred Equity and Mezzanine Debt 7% to 17%
- Minimum Debt Yield and DSC vary based on Property Type and Leverage

- Target Markets include major international markets and US primary and secondary markets
